2008 Subaru Impreza STI - Pricing

At launch there are a number of different combinations the factory STI that can be ordered, all are designed to provide a version to suit the individual requirements. These can be broken down in to 4 main types:

The entry point into the exciting new STI range is the appropriately titled 17” Model. This model is the car produced for competition use and will be homologated for GroupN rallying. It comes on the previous generation´s 17" Alloy wheels and high performance Bridgestone RE070 tyres. It also makes the idea base car for those customers looking to create a more individual STI and plan modifications. This car has all the usual STI mechanicals but does not have unnecessary extras and is only available in 2 colours.

The most popular version will no doubt be this standard model which features a number of upgrades and is available in the full colour range.

These Recaro front seats are designed for more spirited driving and feature a slightly firmer base than the standard sports seats. Their narrow centre is complimented by far greater side support which helps hold the driver straight when under heavy corning loads. The Recaros´ are finished in a soft grey Alcantara centre and leather side and head supports.

Subaru also offers the optional multi spoke 18” BBS Alloy wheels. These alloy wheels are forged and offer a weight reduction of 2.5kg per wheel. As per the standard car they are fitted with Bridgestone RE05A tyres.

These light weight alloy wheels are used whenever we do any serious circuit work and are exceptional strong but still offer a weight reduction per wheel. They also offer a different appearance to the standard BBS look. The adoption of a new wheel design also allows the cost effective installation of the superb new Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric tyres. The Recaro seats are also available as an optional extra.
